LOVE THIS PLACE. Being across from Jordanelle Gondola makes it so convenient to get on the slopes. And incredible hot tub, one of the best.

The room was cozy. The bed was good for me but not for her. Everything was clean and organized. The gym worked great. The lounge area was comfortable. We were 15 minutes away from the heart of Park City. We enjoyed our stay

We stayed here a few weeks ago and I would be remiss if I didn’t find time to share a review. The place is new and some of the other surrounding areas are still under construction. The entire area is under development with the new Grand Hyatt nearby. It was great getting a sense of what the new area on the other side of the mountain will look like. The Jordanelle gondola is the closest to the complex and you can walk to the stop sign which isn’t far at all and the DV shuttle will pick you up and drive you through the switchback parking lots to the gondola. You can boot up at the base or the bench next door. You can also boot up at the outdoor area of Rime. There are several easy greens to get you to the main side of the mountain. You can also make your way back to the Jordanelle gondola to download back to that base area where the shuttle will drop you off at your building. When there is enough snow you can ski vs download. There was also a shuttle directly to and from our building but it was still in the analysis phase of if they would continue that service with work enough volume. Having two options was nice. The complex itself was great. It was very easy to get the keys and to the right of the lobby is a dining area, cozy fireplace to relax in, and a gym. The first floor is solely for visitors/lodging and there is an elevator. There is an outdoor hot tub area with about 4 (i think) hot tubs to use. Towels are provided for the hot tub. The studio we rented was well furnished with everything you need and has appliances and cutlery and plates. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and some toiletries. If staying longer like we did be sure to bring your own toiletries. There is a walk in closet with plenty of space and overall we were satisfied with the property and amenities including the laundry room on our floor. We really enjoyed our stay at Pioche Village Park City as a couple traveling for 2 nights in ski season. The studio apartment we were given was updated, clean and well-stocked with kitchen materials. Great TV set-up! We really enjoyed the access to the ski gondola on the backside of Deer Valley + the hot tub after skiing. The onsite gym was great. The staff were very communicative via text on the check-in details (how to retrieve keys from the lockbox, what to expect once inside, etc.). There were a couple of misses, which I chalk up to unclear property descriptions mismanaging our expectations on Expedia. The Deer Valley gondola is adjacent to the property so technically it is ski-in/ski-out, but be warned the gondola is at least a 10m walk in ski boots downhill (uphill back). We drove over and were asked to park uphill and take the free shuttle down to the bottom (the deer valley parking staff explained how that works to us, and we feel the property should have shared that); upon return the free shuttle will bring you back to Pioche directly, but it does not pick up from Pioche (if this changed, this place would earn 5/5 stars no question). We stayed in the Baton building, which had its own well-stocked gym. The larger gym is in another building as is the yoga room and steam room; however it was unclear if my fob for Baton would access another building. A resident of Pioche Village told me the steam room wasn't working (another miss as that was a big draw for me to book here). The location is remote for Park City, FYI. There are no ski resort/city/town shuttles that service Pioche Village. Bring food into the unit and don't expect to walk to any food/restaurants. That said, it's an easy drive into town so no biggie.

Would definitely stay here again. I stayed 3 nights in December abd glad I hadn't read the mixed reviews before booking as I had a great experience. The studio, Room 1239, was spacious and well furnished for 1or 2 people. The room was spotless and one of the better bathrooms Ive had on vacation. Note to management: please install hooks in bathroom for easier access to towels and clothing. People seemed to enjoy the spa. The location was great for me visiting nearby friends. The Grand Hyatt is now open down the road for dining and a great speakeasy bar, The Hidden Ace. Super close to Jordanelle lake which is great in the summertime. It was about 13 to 20 min to restaurants, main street and More. About 45 min to an hr to the airport. Easy highway access. My room was on the north facing side of Baton building, so had no highway noise. I arrived late but was texted easy to follow instructions for self checkin. I do think a few brochures or visitors info in the room could help visitors who are new to the area.

We had quite a magical little one-night getaway here for Thanksgiving. We made the meal proper the night before and packed sandwiches for our stay at the Pioche. The room was immaculate - the kitchen had a multi-use oven - toasty sandwiches! The sunrise over Jordanelle unfolded over forty dazzling minutes. Hot tub cluster. Need I say more? Hard reset accomplished for the price of a meh dinner for two over the hill in Park City. Skip the tourist crush and the ensuing premiums and stay at the Pioche!
